Skyfall (2012) Film 66/50

Oh Skyfall. I did so want to love you. Of the Daniel Craig series, Casino Royale reigns supreme. You come in second, but it's not a close second.

Had they not opted to portray Bond as an elderly wannabe, added some fun gadgets, avoided the whole "Home Alone at Skyfall" sequence (or better yet...rewritten EVERYTHING following the attack on M during her hearing) and given Javiar Bardem a better motivating backstory, well, maybe then this review would be a bit more favorable.

I did like Q, though. He's britishly adorable. Let's keep him for the next movie.
