Flowers in the Attic (1987)
Film 61/50

don't get too attached to piggy

This picture pretty much sums up how I felt while watching this film.

Miss me? As promised...it's November, and I'm back. And what have I for you upon my return? Yep. Flowers in the Attic. Sorry.

Look, I'm not going to delve into this one with any great thought or consideration. I've got six more reviews to quickly run through before I'm caught up with my blog. So here's the quick and dirty:

I had no idea about what this movie was until I watched it. And really, I'm not even sure what drew me to it other than the shock that I had no idea that Kristy Swanson, Louise Fletcher and Victoria Tennant had once starred in a movie together. Crazy! And then when I started watching it, only to discover it's about incest, religious freaks, psycho-parenting, and brother-sister-fun-time in the attic.

It's a real winner.

Apparently, this is based on a book which is part of a series. Guess what I won't be reading anytime soon?

Let's move on to some movies that I did like.
