Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012) Film 69/50

I don't know why everyone is raving about Daniel Day Lewis in this movie...I mean, he was good with the axe and all, but his acting overall was a bit shallow. Perhaps if he spent more time at the theatre...

I know. There is a special place in hell for me.

But seriously. This movie should have been way crazier. The effects are fun, and the fight sequences are well choreographed, but the characters aren't developed enough (aka...they needed to be way crazier).

Am I glad I finally saw it? Yes. Would I watch it again? Maybe. But mostly I'm just glad I saw this before Lincoln. Perhaps I'll see it in a theatre.

I know. It's a very special place for me.
